On May 12, 2015, Sunway signed two sale and purchase agreements with Kelana Resorts Sdn Bhd and Viva Variasi Sdn Bhd to acquire the land parcels for US$79 million.

On April 29, 2016, Sunway secured conditional approvals.

Planning activities are underway.
