FaulknerBrowns Architects has been appointed as architect, Citygrove Securities as the developer, Camlin Lonsdale as the landscape architect, DPP Planning as a planning consultant, 3E Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer, Desco as the mechanical and electrical engineer, Deacon and Jones as the quantity surveyor and GL Hearn as lighting consultant for the project.
All Saints Living is the developer for the project.
In November 2015, Stonegate conducted a public consultation event to showcase the project plans.
