StoneBridge Properties (StoneBridge), a subsidiary of Teichert Land Co. (Teichert), is planning to undertake the Coldstream mixed-use development project in Nevada County, California, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on a 72ha area and is planned to be developed in five phases.

It will include the construction of 300 residential units comprising 260 single-family lots and 40 multi-family units, 2,787m2 of commercial space, access roads, retail, parking and related facilities.

StoneBridge proposed two options for the development. Option A in an emergency or evacuation scenario, which allows Deerfield Drive traffic to travel through the project site whereas Option B does not.

Teichert's in-house division will undertake construction works. Ken Kay Associates has been appointed as architect.

In September 2014, the Truckee Town Council approved Option A, which allows Deerfield Drive traffic to travel through the project site.

In October 2016, the project has been awarded a US$10.7 million in grant funding through the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program.

Construction is expected to commence in 2018.
