The project involves the upgrade and redevelopment of a 62,059m2 retail center and being executed through the east and west courts.
The First phase involves the east side renovation comprising a retail expansion, adding boutiques, a new ice skating rink, a new dog park and retailers that will complement the current mix of tenants in the center.
