The first building will be developed on Plot 1 named as named "Elkington House" includes the construction of a 1,623m2 building comprising 79 apartments, ground level car parking with 61 spaces, a clubhouse.
The second building will be developed on Plot 2a named as "Wright House", includes the construction of 7,103m2 building comprising 138 apartments, six townhouses, three retail/commercial spaces.
The third building will be developed on Plot 2b named as "Whitmore house" includes the construction of 477m2 building comprising four apartments, ground level retail/commercial space.
