The second building will be developed on Plot 2a named as "Wright House", includes the construction of 7,103m2 building comprising 138 apartments, six townhouses, three retail/commercial spaces.

The third building will be developed on Plot 2b named as "Whitmore house" includes the construction of 477m2 building comprising four apartments, ground level retail/commercial space.

Overall, the project includes the construction of 133 one-bedroom and 82 two-bedrooms apartments, six three-bedroom townhouses, a residents' clubhouse, a public square area, four units for shops, 61 car and 83 bike parking spaces.

Associated Architects LLP has been appointed as the Architect for the project.

In October 2016, Spitfire and IMP acquired the project site from the Birmingham City Council (BCC).

On March 16, 2017, Spitfire and IMP submitted a planning application to BCC.

The project is awaiting approvals. Construction is expected to be commenced by the end of 2017 and will be completed in 2018.

Scope

The project involves the construction of an apartment complex comprising three buildings up to 11-stories with 221 units in Birmingham, the UK.

The US$55 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 133 one-bedroom and 82 two-bedrooms apartments

2. Construction of six three-bedroom townhouses
