In April 2017, Skyline unveiled plans for a multi-level car parking building for 207 cars for staff and visitors to be constructed as a part of the project.

In May 2017, the environment court adjourned the direct referral hearing on the original proposal after giving legal counsel an opportunity to comment on the project.
