In October 2013, Shyamaraju received approvals from State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).

In April 2016, construction work on A1 block completed.

Construction on the remaining blocks is underway and expected to be completed by September 2018.

Scope

The project involves the expansion of DivyaSree Techno Park with gross floor area of 748,986m2 on 201,430m2 of land at Kundalahalli Village in Krishnarajapuram Hobli near Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The US$76 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of an IT Park on 516,412m2 land

2. Construction of residential development of 12 blocks with 1,332 flats

3. Construction of a clubhouse
