The company acquires, extracts, processes, and develops coal, thermal coal, potassium, sodium, and sub-bituminous-B coal deposits properties. It offers surface open cut mining of thermal coal from its Panian mine on Semirara Island located 350 km south of Manila in Antique province covering an area of 55 sq km and produces coal resource deposits. Semirara extracts for coal deposits in Bobog, Unong, Sibay, and Caluya province. The company offers its products and services to cement plants, power plants, textile dying plants, paper mills, sugar mills, food factories, canneries, and fertilizer plants. It exports its products to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Semirara is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
