Antunovich Associates has been appointed as architect.

In June 2017, SWP and CWP submitted a zoning application to the City of White Plains.

January 16, 2018, SWP and CWP received a positive nod from the White Plains Planning Board.

Planning activities are underway.

Scope

The Collection project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 275 apartments across two buildings on 1.25ha of land in White Plains, New York, the US.

The US$120 million project includes the following:
