Sun International Ltd (SUI) is undertaking the construction of a five-star hotel and casino in Tshwane, Gauteng Province, South Africa.
The project involves the construction of an entertainment zone with an 110-room hotel and casino.
The project includes the construction of 100 guestrooms, 10-suite rooms, an indoor arena with an 8,000 seating capacity and parking facility for 2,785 vehicles, and the installation of 2,000 slot machines.
The project will be developed in phases. The first phase includes construction of casino, second phase includes construction of an 8,500 seat arena and the third phase includes the construction of a hotel.

SUI submitted the application to Gauteng Gambling Board to amend its Morula casino license to relocate the casino from Mabopane to Menlyn.
In August 2014, Gauteng Gambling Board approved the relocation of a casino license from Morula Sun in Mabopane to Menlyn Maine.
The approval was legally challenged and in December 2014, the High Court of South Africa announced its decision to dismiss the application against the relocation of the Sun International casino to Menlyn Maine.
On November 2015, sod turning ceremony held marking the start of construction works.
In November 2015, North Gauteng High Court application to halt the construction of the casino by Goldrush has been withdrawn.
WBHO has been appointed as main contractor in the first quarter of 2016.
Construction works on the first phase were completed in the first quarter of 2017.
