The first phase includes construction of townhouses comprising 250 units, and the second phase includes construction of single-family homes comprising 445 units.

It also includes construction of assisted-living facility comprising 125 beds and 6,967m2 area of ancillary commercial uses, construction of retail and commercial space on 4,645m2 area, cemetery expansion on 6,967m2 area for support uses, including a shrine and spiritual center expansion on 4,645m2 area to support facilities.

In March 2016, The Diocese of Orlando sold 136ha of the land of its 189ha San Pedro Center to Oviedo-based Sun Terra Communities LLC and its New York equity partner Jen Partners LLC.

Baker & Hostetler LLP has been appointed as the legal advisor, Le-Huu Partners PA as an architect and CPH Engineers Inc. as a structural engineer.

Madden, Moorhead & Stokes, Inc. was appointed as civil engineering contract for the project.

Sun Terra is in discussion with Meritage Homes to appoint as Developer for the project.

As of February 2017, JP submitted a preliminary subdivision plan to the Seminole County Council for approvals.

In June 2017, JP secured preliminary site plan approvals.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 81ha of land north of Howell Branch Road, west of Dodd Road, south of Red Bug Lake Road and east of State Road 436 in Seminole, Florida, the US.

The US$200 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 695 residential units

2. Construction of assisted living beds of 125 beds

3. Construction 6,967m2 area of ancillary commercial uses

4. Construction of retail and commercial space on 4,645m2 area

5. Construction of related facilities
