The project involves the construction of a 557-home residential complex comprising 227 medium-density lots and 330 high-density lots on 31.6ha of land. It will be developed in phases.

The first phase includes the construction of homes on the northern side of the property, a 4.4ha basin and a 0.9ha park. The second and third phases include the development of the eastern and central lots on the property.

The project also includes the construction of a community center, walkways, access roads, parking and related facilities.

Jeffrey DeMure + Associates Architects Planners and Architects Orange have been appointed as architects, The Wolff Company, LLC as the developer and RSC Engineering, Inc. as the civil engineer.

On June 25, 2014, Lodi City Council (LCC) gave preliminary approval for the project.

On April 27, 2016, SRH submitted the application for approval on 156 High-Density Residential units on 5.6ha of land comprising of three-story 16 buildings containing 12 units per building. It includes construction of a clubhouse, 2 garage structures and 136 carport covered parking spaces.

On June 22, 2016, SRH obtained planning approval for 142 residential units.

Planning activities are underway.
