The project involves the construction of a 27-story, 8,361m2 office tower. It includes the construction of meeting rooms, an administrative facility, a food court, parking and related facilities, and the demolition of a nine-story, 3,344m2 building.
Perkins Eastman has been appointed as architect.
SREF and AAHKL acquired the site from America Press, Inc.
On January 27, 2016, SREF and AAHKL filed permits with the Department of Buildings for the site demolition.
United Overseas Bank Limited provided financing for the acquisition of the site.
On March 28, 2017, SREF filed a new building permit application to build the office tower.
Construction is scheduled for completion by 2019.
