Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC has been appointed as a management contract, Wittek Development LLC as lead consultant and NBBJ as lead architect.

BDE Architecture Inc. has been appointed as architect and SWA Group as a landscape architect for the apartment complex.

On July 15, 2015, SPL submitted a specific plan amendment and special development permit application to the Sunnyvale City Council (SCC).

Project Review Committee (PRC) of Sunnyvale reviewed project plans on July 29, 2015.

On February 25, 2016, an environmental scoping meeting was held.

In May 2016, environmental review is pending.

In November 2016, the planning Commission recommended approval of the project.

In December 2016, the project received planning approval from the Sunnyvale City Council.
