The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 2.54ha of land. It includes the construction of 600 residential units, a 27,000m2 of retail space, 6,000m2 community club, 2,190m2 Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC), a park, a commercial bridge towards Bidadari Park, an underpass to connect to the bus interchange and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In March 2017, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) issued a tender to develop the 2.54ha of the land parcel, with a bid submission deadline June 13, 2017. SPH and Kajima won the tender. SPH and Kajima won the project for the 99-year leasehold.
