In March 2017, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) issued a tender to develop the 2.54ha of the land parcel, with a bid submission deadline June 13, 2017. SPH and Kajima won the tender. SPH and Kajima won the project for the 99-year leasehold.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 2.54ha of land next to Woodleigh MRT, Upper Serangoon Road, Singapore.
