Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) International Property, a unit of Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SPG) is undertaking the construction of a residential tower in Dubai, the UAE.

The project involves the construction of a 45-story residential tower comprising 424 apartments on 8,974m2 of land comprising 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, extravagant 4 and 5 bedroom penthouses, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas with private pools at the podium level.

It includes the construction of a rooftop infinity edge pool on the ninth floor, 1,951m2 of retail space, a fitness center, squash courts, mini theatre and party hall on the 26th floor l, a 929m2 lobby, five levels of parking spaces, outdoor kids play area on the 6th floor and indoor kids play area on the 9th floor and installation of 13 high-speed elevators.

The project is also featuring a four-floor high void, ‘The Window’, located between the ninth and 12th floor with landscaping art.

The project is being constructed by SP Middle East, an in-house construction division of Shapoorji Pallonji.

Bauer has been appointed as enabling contractor, Archgroup International Architects Pvt Ltd as engineering design consultant.

In December 2016, enabling work commenced and completed in January 2017.

In February 2017, main construction works commenced.

The facade works will commence from January 2018 with scheduled to be completed by April 2019. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and the finishing works will commence from November 2017 to July 2019.

The entire project is scheduled for completion in December 2019.

The Imperial Avenue project involves the construction of a 45-story residential tower comprising 424 apartments in Dubai, the UAE.

The US$354 million project includes the following:

4. Construction of a private function hall

5. Construction of a 929m2 lobby
