SOW is expected to commence offshore and onshore surveys and will submit permit applications by 2019 and expected to receive permits by the third quarter of 2020. Long lead-time equipment orders will be placed and fabrication will begin in early 2021 following financial closure in early 2021. Offshore installation and commissioning will commence in 2022.
