The first phase involves the construction of first two towers namely Tower 1 and Tower 2. The Tower 1 is a 17-story building comprising 1,321 residential units and Tower 2 is a 17-story building comprising 1,237 residential units. The project includes the construction of swinging pools, function rooms, lounge areas, a play area, a jogging path, lobbies, connecting bridges to Shore and Shore 2 Residences and parking facility with 1,421 spaces and the development of gardens, the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
ASYA Design has been appointed as architect; R.M. Cabanela Construction Management Corporation as project manager; M Contemporary Concept as interior designer; R.B. Sanchez Consulting Engineers as structural engineer; Domingo L. Lagman Engineering as mechanical engineer; ASYA Engineering (part of ASYA Design) as electrical engineer; F.L. Figueroa and Associates as plumbing and fire protection consultant; AECOM and ELAN as landscape architect.
Construction of first phase is expected to be completed in January 2021.
