TRENECON Consulting and Planning Ltd has been appointed as civil engineer and Pont-TERV Zrt as engineering consultant.
The US$67 million financing will be provided by EU funds, US$27 million by Hungarian State Railways and US$36 million by Hungary’s central government.
Planning activities are underway. Construction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2021.
