Springfield Land Corporation (SLC) is planning to construct a residential community in Springfield, Queensland, Australia.
The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 20 mid-rise and high-rise unit towers with 10,000 apartments and associated commercial and 9,000m2 of retail and office space on 86ha of land.
The project includes the construction of the elevated playground, other related infrastructures and the installation of safety and security systems.
The preliminary design has been provided by Woods Bagot and Place Design Group in partnership with Urbis for the project.
As of March 2016, SLC is in the process of seeking for expressions of interest (EOI) from local and international developers.
In February 2017, SLC signed a development agreement with R & F Properties and Etone Holdings Australia for the project.
Construction is expected to commence in 2018.
