It includes the construction of two buildings, 900 residential units, stores, a public plaza, 600 parking facilities and 3,252m2 retail space and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

SIEDC has teamed up with Ironstate Development for the project in September 2009.

AJD Construction has been appointed as the contractor.

On June 20, 2013, groundbreaking ceremony held.

Construction on first phase with 571 units and on retail space completed.

Planning activities on second phase are underway.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 14.6ha of land in Staten Island, New York, the US.

The US$150 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of two buildings

3. Construction of stores

4. Construction of a public plaza

5. Construction of 600 parking spaces
