The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising 2,900 residential units on 8.4ha of land. It will be developed in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of three residential buildings ranging up to 14 stories with 402 units, 910m2 of business space, 1,290m2 of commercial space and 1,610m2 of community and leisure space.
The project includes the construction of storage and distribution facilities, access roads, parking and related facilities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
On April 3, 2017, SGPD acquired the project site.
On January 24, 2018, SGPD submitted a planning application to London Borough of Brent to seek outline planning consent for the demolition of existing buildings on the site.
