Stock land Corporation Ltd (SGP) plans to undertake the construction of a technology hub in Macquarie Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the construction of A-grade commercial and retail facilities on five mixed-use buildings with the floor area of 55,000m2 on a 3ha of land, which will be developed in five stages.
The first stage involves the construction of a 10-story mixed-use building on a 16,500m2 area comprising of office, retail, learning and co-working spaces with the floor area of 1,750m2 area.
The project also includes the construction of commercial facilities, cafeteria, gym, walkways, parking facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In February 2018, SGP lodged the development application for the first stage and is awaiting approval.
