The San Diego State University (SDSU) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use facility at SDSU South Campus Plaza in San Diego, California, the US.

MVE Institutional Inc., SGPA Architecture and Planning, and SVA Architects have been appointed as architects, O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. as construction manager and Sundt Construction, Inc., as design-build contractor for the project.
Bergelectric has been appointed as the electrical sub contractor and Michael Wall Engineering as the electrical engineer.
In November 2014, construction works on the project commenced with the ground-breaking.
As of January 2017, construction works on the residential buildings completed.
On May 19, 2017, Trader Joe’s opened its outlet.
Eureka is set to open its outlet on August 21, 2017.
Final construction works are underway with completion anticipated by the third quarter of 2017.
