On November 14, 2014, South Australia State Government’s Development Assessment Commission (SADAC) approved the project plans.

On November 18, 2015, ground breaking ceremony held.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2018.

The Bohem Tower involves the construction of a 73m high, 21-story residential building in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
