The project received preliminary plan approvals on October 6, 2015.
As of October 2016, a decision to amend Lafayette code to allow incentives is opposed by residents and some council members.
In December 2016, Lafayette’s City Council approved the proposal.
In January 2017, the council again reviewed the plans and Rubicon is awaiting final approvals.
