In November 2015, Asset 1 WTH Pty Ltd, part of Riverlee, acquired US$20 million land from the Government of Victoria.
In September 2016, Riverlee submitted outline plans to the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and the Melbourne City Council.
Riverlee is seeking approval for the project’s scheme.
