Thermal Pasohlavky, a company formed by South Moravian Region and the town of Pasohlávky and Risesun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (Risesun), a Chinese developer, are planning to undertake the construction of a Resort & Spa Complex in Pasohlávky, South Moravia, the Czech Republic.
The project involves the construction of a resort & spa complex comprising 12 buildings on 20ha of land. It includes the construction of restaurants, rooms, a health bar, a Chinese medicine clinic, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a five-star hotel, a shopping mall, a nursing home and clinic, recreational and parking facilities.

On November 27, 2015, the South Moravian Region signed a memorandum on cooperation (MoC) with the Hebei Province Government, China for the project development.
In June 2016, Chinese developer Risesu has signed an agreement with Thermal Pasohlavky for the project implementation.
In May 2017, a memorandum on joint action was signed between the South Moravian Region and Risesun.
Thermal Pasohlavky and Risesun are in negotiations over the project development and are anticipating to submit project plans for approvals by the end of September 2017. The project is slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2019.
