Redlands is planning to undertake the Cremorne School Senior Campus upgrade project in New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the construction of new educational facilities. The project will be implemented in five stages.
The first stage includes the construction of a learning hub for English, mathematics, social Science, visual arts and innovative design, expansion of recreational space from 4,286m2 to 6,040m2, construction of new administration and pastoral care center, new music center and 68 cars, seven motorcycles and 15 bicycles parking space.
The second stage includes the construction of a sports facility and multi-purpose lecture theater. The third stage includes the construction of liggins building and rosebay building refurbishment.
The fourth stage includes the construction of Humphrey building, Redlands hall and library and the redevelopment of the Adams center in the fifth stage.
Tanner Kibble Denton (TKD) Architects Pty Ltd has been appointed as the design consultant, and Bloompark Consulting and Sandrick as project manager.
In April 2014, a master plan was lodged with NSW Planning and Infrastructure.
In June 2015, the development application for the first stage was submitted to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
Redlands secured the planning approvals for the first stage of the proposed project.
Urbis has been appointed as the master planner.
Redlands is the process of selecting the consultant for the project.
