Razvoj golf d.o.o. (Razvoj) is planning to undertake the Golf Park Dubrovnik in Dubrovnik City, Croatia.
The project involves the construction of a golf park on 310ha of land, of which 116,250m2 area will be used for accommodation facilities. The project is planned to be implemented in phases.
First phase includes the construction of infrastructure, roads, public facilities and public parks.
The project also includes the construction of a Greg Norman PGA Signature golf course with 18 holes and a nine-hole course, Greg Norman Golf Academy, two hotels comprising one golf hotel with 250 rooms and another boutique hotel with 120 rooms, 400 apartments, 240 villas, 408 suites, a multi functional sports hall, an 2,500m2 amphi theatre, an equestrian club, parks, promenades, a museum, an art gallery and related facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
Greg Norman Golf Course Design has been appointed as the architect for the golf course.
The development plan was presented to the public in September 2010, which was rejected by the authorities.
In March 2013, Ministry of Environment and Nature Zrinka Valetic given positive responce to the project development and the company secured environmental impact assessment (EIA) approvals in April 2013.
On July 30, 2013, Dubrovnik City Council Assembly (DCCA) approved the detailed urban plan (UPU), which also includes the urban planning details.
In February 2016, Razvoj obtained the first building permit.
Razvoj is in process of securing construction permits and funds.
