In February 2007, Pragoprojekt was appointed for engineering design and compiled documentation for zoning.
On December 8, 2008, a request was raised for a zoning decision and in March 2009, a public hearing was held followed by document processing for territorial control.
Later in October 2009, a decision was given on issuing zoning permits.

The final decision on the sectional configuration is underway. On the findings of the Central Committee, the Ministry of Transport will examine transverse arrangement with respect to the previously prepared project documentation and will issue land permits.
