Rocking Horse Ranch Resort (RHR) is planning to build a resort in New Paltz, New York, the US.
The project involves the construction of a resort and water park on 23ha of land and being implemented in phases.

On February 27, 2017, RHR submitted the revised plans of the project. The revised planning application includes the construction of a 90-room hotel, a 557m2 butterfly conservatory and event space of 150 seats with retail and spa facilities in the first phase while the further phases includes the construction of 30-50 hotel rooms and a restaurant.
