In January 2017, RRH submitted the plans for final approval by the Public Health & Health Planning Council Committee Rochester.
Clark Patterson Lee has been appointed as the architect and LeChase Construction LLC as construction contractor for the project.
In February 2017, Public Health & Health Planning Council Committee Rochester has approved the plans for constructing the Sands-Constellation Center for Critical Care.
In May 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony was held marking the start of site preparatory activities.
