The first phase includes 74 condominiums and a 73-space parking garage at the corner of Commercial and Maple streets.

Archetype Architects has been appointed as an architect.

In December 2016, RDP submitted plans to the Portland City Council.

In June 2017, the Portland City Council raised concerns about traffic, parking, and pedestrian access through the project site.

As of July 2017, RDP is seeking for site plan approvals for the first phase and a master development plan approvals for the entire site.

Construction is expected to take 10 years to complete.
