The project involves the construction of a 23,901m2 mixed-use complex comprising three six-story buildings on 1ha of land. It includes the construction of 284 condominiums, 2,569m2 of retail space, a community center, a two-story parking garage with 387 spaces and related facilities. It will be developed in phases.
The first phase includes 74 condominiums and a 73-space parking garage at the corner of Commercial and Maple streets.
Archetype Architects has been appointed as an architect.
In December 2016, RDP submitted plans to the Portland City Council.
In June 2017, the Portland City Council raised concerns about traffic, parking, and pedestrian access through the project site.
