The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 367 units on 25ha of land. It includes the construction of 265 apartments, 65 townhouses, 37 single detached homes, a community center, parking and related facilities.

CF Crozier & Associates prepared a traffic impact study for the project in June 2015.

On December 4, 2015, RCCL submitted an official plan amendment, a zoning by-law amendment and a draft plan of subdivision to the City of Owen Sound.

A public meeting to review the zoning application was held on February 8, 2016.

In June 2016, Owen Sound Council voted to retain an engineering firm to conduct an environmental assessment to prepare for the construction of a trunk sanitary sewer to service the project.

Subject to approval, construction is expected to commence in 2018.
