In 2004, RC was first granted a special permit for the project. In 2010, RC was granted a revised special permit for the project development.

Cooper Robertson & Partners, Robert A. M. Stern Architects and James G. Rogers Architects has been appointed as architect; Hart Howerton Architects has been appointed as planner; and Edmund Hollander Landscape Architects and Yost Design as landscape architects.

Delaware Engineering, PC has been appointed as civil engineer, Langan Engineering and Environmental services as environmental consultant, Lehman & Getz as consulting engineer and Proactive Engineering as technical consultant for the project.

RC is undertaking the construction works.

The YMCA proposed recreational facility, a part of project, presented to the Town of Tuxedo Board on July 28, 2014. Related will build and donate the US$12 million recreation center to the Y.M.C.A.

In December 2014, the Town of Tuxedo Board approved the project proposals.

In July 2015, Preston Hollow Capital, an independent specialty finance company has completed US$30 million financing for the project.

In September 2015, ground breaking ceremony was held on the first phase of the project and construction is scheduled to be completed in by 2018.

Planning activities are underway on second and third phases.
