On March 5, 2013, RC received approval for the second phase.

In February 2014, Economic Development Corporation of Shasta County (EDC), Voit Real Estate Services and Haedrich & Company were appointed as the marketing consultants.

J.F. Shea Company has been appointed as contractor.

Emerald Kingdom and D&S Family LLC are in discussion with city official for development.
