The project involves the construction of residential community comprising 200 assisted living flats on 2.4ha of land and being developed in four phases.

The first phase includes the construction of 71 assisted living flats, extra care flats, a 422m2 convenience store, a cafe.

The second phase includes the conversion of Finch House and a grade II listed building into 21 assisted-living apartments.

The third phase includes the construction of 19 homes, two residential blocks comprising 26 new apartments and the conversion of historic cottages and turning Avon House into four apartments.

The fourth phase includes the construction of a courtyard building comprising 51 assisted-living apartments and the demolition of industrial units.

The project includes the construction of shops, a hotel, a community center, parking and related facilities.

MAKE Architects has been appointed as the architect.

On March 12, 2015, Quantum submitted the preliminary plans to the Salisbury City Council (SCC).

In October 2015, Quantum submitted the final plans to the SCC.

On April 7, 2016, Quantum received planning approval for the first phase from the SCC.

In fourth quarter 2016, construction work on the first phase commenced.

In January 2017, Quantum submitted a formal planning application for the final stages of the development to the Wiltshire Council and also a three-day public exhibition was held.

Construction works on the first phase are underway and expected to be completed by 2018.
