The project involves the construction of the commercial-scale facility at the Stuart resource site, near Gladstone, to produce 50,000-70,000 barrels per day (BPD) of shale oil.
The project includes the construction of storage tanks, distribution units, and other related infrastructure, and the laying of pipelines.
