A private developer is planning to undertake the construction of a dinosaur-themed museum in Isle of Portland, Dorset, the UK.

In May 2015, Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) rejected the developers funding bid of US$25 million for the project, however the developer plans to re-submit the bid On November 29, 2015. The outcome of the bid will come out in April 2016.
In July 2015, Local Enterprise Partnership provided a funding of US$463,000 for carrying out feasibility studies for the project.
Planning activities are underway and the planning application is expected to be filed in 2018.
