The project involves the construction of a 28-story condominium tower comprising 186 units on a 0.4 ha of land.
The project includes the construction of residential units, a multi-purpose hall, an infinity pool, a gymnasium, a meditative rooftop garden, a maze garden with barbecue facilities, parking and related facilities.
The tower will be designed by Hijjas Kasturi Associates Sdn to comply with Malaysia's Green Building Index (GBI) for serviced apartments.
In July 2012, Prasarana and Naza TTDI signed a joint venture agreement to undertake the development of project.
In June 2016, Prasarana and Naza TTDI launched the sales.
Construction works are underway.
