Bryon Patton and Associates has been appointed as interior designer.

On July 21, 2014, Plazacorp held a pre-application consultation with the Department of Community Planning (DoCP).

On January 5, 2015, Plazacorp filed a demolition request for the existing building at 313/315 Adelaide West.

On January 13, 2015, DoCP submitted a project report to Toronto City Council recommending initiating a community consultation meeting by March 2015.

In May 2015, Plazacorp revised the project plans by changing the scope.

Planning activities are underway.
