The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on 112ha of land. It includes the construction of 1,500 homes, an amphitheater, a farm shop, offices, a cafe, cycle paths, a primary school, commercial units, woodland, a residential park, parking and related facilities.
The project will be developed in phases.

Robertson homes (Robertson) has been appointed as a developer and Savills-Smiths Gore as a surveyor for the project.
On August 26, 2015, the Moray Council approved the master plan of the project.
In September 2015, a public workshop was held on the project.
In March 2016, the Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) was submitted for the first phase of the project by Pitgaveny and Robertson.
The project developers are seeking for PAN approvals.
Subject to approval, the project is expected to be completed by July 2026.
