Palisade Property Management LLC (Palisade) is planning to build an apartment tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the US.
The project involves the construction of an 836m2 27-story apartment tower comprising 192 units. It includes the construction of 185m2 of commercial space, a pool, a rooftop terrace, seven levels of 212 parking spaces and the installation of elevators and related facilities.
Kahler Slater has been appointed as architect for the project. Thomas Miller has been appointed as Insurance consultant for the project.
In February 2016, DCH Properties LLC, an affiliate of Palisade submitted a zoning proposal for the project site.
In July 2016, The council voted 10-5 to support the project, falling two votes short of the super majority needed for approval. The zoning change needed 12 votes because a protest petition was signed by enough adjacent property owners.
In October 2016, Project site has been bought by Palisade for US$1.6 million.
A council super majority is required for zoning changes, under city ordinance.
