In August 2015, Pacifica selected GEHL to own and operate the project. GEHL operates the hotel through its hotel management arm, Langham Hotels International under the Langham and affiliate brands.

As of March, 2017, Demolition works are underway on Belaza Roppongi.

Demolition works are completed and construction works are expected to commence in 2017 with completion scheduled in 2020.

The project involves the construction of a 30-story hotel over an area of 4,000m2 near the Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown shopping and entertainment complexes in Minato, Tokyo, Japan.
