Jon Rowland has been appointed as the master planner, Cooper Partnership Ltd as the landscape architect, Kemp & Kemp as consulting engineer and Faber Maunsell (now Aecom) as the structural consultant for the project.
TW's in-house division will undertake construction work on the project.
In December 2013, the project secured outline planning approvals from the Vale of White Horse District Council.
