The PromSvyaz Capital Group (PSCG) is undertaking the development of a major transport and storage complex in Moscow, Russia.
The project involves the construction of warehouse buildings in three phases on a gross floor area of 700,000m2 on 138ha of land. The complex is known as the Radumlya Logistics Park.
The first phase will feature a total warehouse space of 294,909m2, including 41,828m2 for offices and mezzanines. The second and the third phases will cover 87,074m2 and 320,000m2 areas.
In October 2012, TGC secured a building permit including technical specifications for fire safety, contracts for connection to external water and sanitation networks, and heating supply approvals from the Government of Moscow.
Renaissance Construction has been appointed as construction contractor for the project.
In October 2013, Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed as a leasing consultant for the proposed project.
In October 2014, The project has kept on hold due to an unstable economic situation in the market.
Construction has been completed on the first phase of the project.
