Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has been appointed as the civil engineer and landscape architect, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting as architect and EMJ Construction as general contractor.
As of August 2017, PS has site plan approval from the Metro Planning Commission (MPC) for the project.
Demolition of the current public storage is expected to start within two months.
Construction is scheduled to be complete by February 2019.
