The project involves the construction of a 37,161m2 mixed-use community on 5,481m2 of land. It includes the construction of 443 apartments with 310 market-rate apartments and 133 affordable units, a 929m2, 200-seat black box theater, 2,090m2 of retail space, parking and related facilities.
Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. has been appointed as architect.
In October 2015, PNH, PDC, ERBD, CP, AHC submitted the project plans to Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED).
In March 2016, PNH, PDC, ERBD, CityPartners, and AHC won the right from DMPED to develop the Waterfront Station II into a mixed-use complex.
Planning activities are underway.
