Piedmont Medical Center (PMC) is planning to undertake the construction of a hospital in South Carolina, the US.

In April 2014, Carolinas Healthcare System (CHS) lost the bid to build a hospital in Fort Mill, after an administrative Court ruled in favour of PMC.
CHS again filed a legal application to state court against PMC; however, PMC again won the legal case in December 2014 and secured approval to build the project.
In April 2015, CHS filed a legal application to the Supreme Court.
In January 2017, PMC won South Carolina Court of Appeals judgment allowing to build the hospital.
